Commercial Mapping

This page groups the current sheet into three buying motions

The PDF package sheet is still the detailed commercial source. This page groups those packages into clearer editions for buyers and partners.

Scale Edition

The structure follows the logic strong enterprise pricing pages use: a clear entry point, visible upgrade triggers, and a partner path that grows with the rollout.

Buyer Guide

Which edition fits your actual operating model?

Buyers usually hesitate at one point: which plan is enough now, and which plan prevents rework later. This section answers that directly.

Team Edition

Choose Team when you need one live workflow fast

  • One team owns the rollout
  • CRM context is optional for now
  • You want to prove call quality before broad rollout
Growth Edition

Choose Growth when Voice AI becomes part of daily operations

  • Callers need CRM-aware answers
  • Several teams or client accounts need access
  • Reseller or subaccount logic matters
Scale Edition

Choose Scale when the rollout needs governance and deeper support

  • The rollout spans multiple brands, teams, or clients
  • Success management and onboarding need a stronger layer
  • Custom scope, larger minute volume, or enterprise terms are in play
What Changes

Capacity, context, and partner readiness

Team proves the workflow. Growth adds CRM-aware automation and reseller controls. Scale adds governance, support depth, and room for larger partner-led deployments.

Operational Scope

What the package range already covers today

This is product proof, not marketing hype. The current package sheet already spans single-team pilots through larger multi-client operations.

5 to unlimited

Agent range

The current sheet spans small-team rollouts and large multi-agent operations.

1 to 40

Concurrent conversations

Capacity scales step by step instead of forcing a platform change.

1 to 50

Team members

The operating model expands from a focused setup to a wider delivery organization.

Standard to custom

Model and voice stack

The sheet already covers OpenAI-based entry setups through multiple LLMs, custom scope, realtime, and cloning.

Commercial Details

The details buyers and partners usually ask for next

Strong pricing pages do not stop at plan names. They explain overage, telephony, model options, onboarding, and support so the commercial picture is complete.

Usage and overage

The package sheet keeps the core commercial model simple: included minutes by tier, then a defined overage rate.

  • 420 minutes in Starter, 2,000 in Growth, 5,000 in Business, 10,000 in Scale
  • EUR 0.25 overage in Starter, EUR 0.17 from Growth upward
  • Enterprise scope moves to a separate quote instead of hiding custom terms in the public page

Telephony and numbers

Telephony detail is available directly alongside plan comparison, so teams can evaluate numbers, SIP trunks, and rollout scope together.

  • Provided test numbers start at 1 and scale to 20
  • Purchased numbers are available from Starter upward
  • SIP trunk integration starts in Growth and stays available in upper tiers

Models, voices, and realtime scope

Each edition shows how the technical stack grows with the rollout, not only how the minute volume changes.

  • Standard setup in lower tiers, multiple LLMs from Growth
  • Custom model scope and realtime path in upper tiers
  • Voice, provider, and realtime options expand in higher-scope deployments

Partner operations

Growth introduces the partner operating model, making it the natural step for agencies and solution partners that need client delivery at scale.

  • Reseller support starts in Growth
  • Subaccounts start in Growth and expand in upper tiers
  • This is the point where agencies and solution partners can scale client delivery cleanly

Support and onboarding

Support and onboarding are visible by edition because operational risk depends on process, training, and response model, not only product features.

  • Support moves from standard email to priority support as the rollout grows
  • Shared success management and white-glove onboarding start before dedicated models kick in
  • Private Slack appears in higher-scope tiers with stronger support windows
Trust & Deployment

Roll out Voice AI with clear operating boundaries

The brand book is clear on this point: trust needs proof. This section keeps deployment, legal clarity, and fallback logic visible on the edition page.

EU-first operating model

A European company, an EU-first operating model, and transparent handling of legal and data questions are part of the commercial evaluation.

Compliance needs proof

Keep GDPR-compliant workflows and AI Act preparation visible on the commercial page so trust is part of the buying decision, not an afterthought.

Fallback and transfer stay in scope

Every edition keeps human transfer and agent transfer visible. That matters when service quality and escalation logic are part of the rollout.

Quality grows with the rollout

The stack already includes call analysis, retention controls, and success support. That gives teams a quality layer, not just a voice layer.

Expansion Path

When teams move to the next edition

Step 01

Move to Team Edition

Choose this when you want to prove one workflow quickly, keep the scope tight, and go live without a CRM project.

Step 02

Move to Growth Edition

Upgrade when callers need CRM-aware answers, multiple teams need access, or the commercial model must support resellers and subaccounts.

Step 03

Move to Scale Edition

Step up when the rollout becomes multi-client, support depth matters, or the business needs stronger governance and white-glove delivery.

Partner Program

Different partner motions. One operating model.

Some partners bring demand. Some implement and optimize. Some build integrations. The program supports these motions without forcing every partner into the same box.

Referral Partner

For consultants, agencies, and networks that open doors and want a simple commercial handoff.

  • Shared messaging and deal handoff
  • Simple path into the ecosystem without delivery overhead
  • Best when trust and access matter more than implementation

Solution Partner

For teams that implement, train, optimize, and own the Voice AI rollout together with the customer.

  • Best fit for CRM context, process design, and training work
  • Access to partner-ready commercial controls in Growth and Scale
  • Strong model for agencies and implementation specialists

Technology Partner

For platforms and products that integrate into the call flow, data flow, or partner delivery stack.

  • Shared integration story and technical collaboration
  • Useful when the customer solution depends on multiple systems
  • Clear path into joint go-to-market conversations
Partner Path

A clear path from first fit to customer delivery

This is the practical sequence most mature partner ecosystems make explicit. It removes ambiguity early and shortens time to first revenue.

Step 01

Choose the partner motion

Start by deciding whether the partner adds demand, delivery, or technology. That keeps the commercial discussion concrete from the first call.

Step 02

Align the commercial model

Match the partner motion with the right edition, support layer, and subaccount model.

Step 03

Run enablement and setup

Use training, documentation, and onboarding to get the first deployment or first integration into production shape.

Step 04

Launch and expand

From there, the partner grows into co-selling, deeper delivery, stronger support tiers, or broader integration work.

Program Levels

Clear levels for long-term growth

The level system mirrors what buyers expect from larger ecosystems: visible progression, stronger proof, and better support at higher levels.

Entry level

Silver

  • Training, documentation, and portal access
  • A clean starting point for first customer work
  • Sales materials and email support

Growth

Gold

  • Everything in Silver, plus co-marketing options
  • Priority support and quarterly business reviews
  • Best when the partner program becomes a real revenue motion

Strategic

Platinum

  • Everything in Gold, plus a dedicated partner lead
  • Custom commercials and joint roadmap work
  • Built for long-term strategic partners and larger rollouts

Edition FAQ

Questions buyers and partners
ask before they decide

How does this page relate to the package PDF?

This page groups the detailed package sheet into three clearer editions. The PDF remains the detailed pricing source for exact package rows and enterprise quoting.

When should we move from Team to Growth?

Move when CRM context matters, several teams need access, or you need reseller or subaccount logic. That is the real breakpoint in the current commercial model.

When does Scale become the right conversation?

Scale matters when the rollout spans multiple clients, support depth matters, or you need stronger governance, higher capacity, and custom scope. That is where public pricing usually turns into guided sales.

Are phone numbers and SIP included?

Purchased numbers are available from Starter upward. Provided test numbers scale by tier. SIP trunk integration starts in Growth and remains available in higher-scope packages.

What happens after the included minutes are used?

The commercial model moves to overage. Starter uses EUR 0.25 per minute. Growth and higher public tiers use EUR 0.17 per minute. Enterprise scope is quoted separately.

Can partners resell the platform?

Yes, that path starts in Growth. That is why Growth is the key edition for partner-ready delivery. Higher tiers expand governance, support, and multi-client scope.

Do you still offer a trial path?

Yes. The current package sheet includes a free trial with 60 total minutes. The editions page focuses on paid rollout paths after that first test phase.

Need the right edition for your team or partner model?

We can map your workflow, minutes, integrations, and delivery model to the right edition in one session.
